Hi there! I’m a journalist based in Glasgow currently working as a political reporter for The National.
My writing can also be found in The Economist, The Guardian, Vice, Wired, The New Statesman, The Week, OpenDemocracy, The Big IssueandProspect Magazineamong others.
I mostly cover foreign affairs, politics and social justice. I have also produced video content for French national broadcaster, France TV, and worked with brands and NGO’s including Snapchat, Plan International, The International Youth FoundationandOxfam.
An MHP+ 30 To Watch Gold Award winner in 2021 in the international affairs category, I was also runner-up in the 2024 Scottish Refugee Council media awards and shortlisted for a 2025 Amnesty International Media Award for human rights journalism.
A masters graduate from Columbia University School of Journalism, I speak fluent French as well as decidedly sub-fluent Italian, German, and Swedish.
